Do you dare to make an impact?   YOUR ROLE Plans, manages and executes the overall direction for one or more global digital touchpoint(s), such as websiteCollects and analyzes data from various departments and resources with regard to project KPIs for measurement and impact assessmentTests and rolls out new applications / functionalitiesSupporting front end and/or technical implementation of digital platforms such as brand websites, new tools, new social platformsResponsible for one or more platform (e.g. website or data) strategiesDrives consolidation and evaluation of existing local portals / channels into master architectureSteer the development of platform (e.g. website or data/dashboard) features and new modules, adopting a test and learn approachLead Performance Tracking and Optimization: Steer agencies to generate the best possible results; articulate markets' needsDevelop best practices, guidelines, and templatesKPI monitoring & reporting: Monitor platform analytics and report performance, where possible benchmark against competitors and own benchmarksIdentify trends and insights, evaluate emerging technologies: Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoptionInterconnect and work in a multi-market, multi-brand, multi-stakeholder environment on all topics relates to the dedicated platform/channel excellenceSteer agencies and internal development teams to ensure completion of touchpoint deliverables and operational excellence.
