Digital Transformation Engineer in Bucuresti

A Snapshot of Your Day We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Digital Transformation Engineer to join our global product management team. In this versatile position, you will be responsible for analyzing  existing business processes in R&D and elaborating requirements for their digital transformation in order to increase overall efficiency in implementation and operation. How you will make an Impact: Understanding and reviewing Research and Development processes (part of PLM process) in order to add efficiency through Digitalization and Automation. Design the architecture of the new, more efficient, digital processes. Reduce the manual processing effort by task automation. Use digital solution for improved R&D efficiency such as enlargement of the scope of digital products, transferring/integrating task in cloud-based platforms, enabling data analysis, implementation of cybersecurity for digital documents. Promote the digital solution and new tools and features across R&D organization. Train the users on the new tools, processes, features and collect feedback. Coach project teams within PLM to implement the solution security. Maintain and improve the digital processes in respect to reach specific product development efficiency. Staying up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance process digitalization. What you Bring: Bachelor's degree (Master preferred) in a related field, such as engineering or computer science. 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar or Data Analyst Engineer/ Business Ops Analyst/BI Developer role. Excellent Alteryx and Tableau programming skills. Sound knowledge on exchanging data with multiple online data sources such JIRA, Azure, DevOps, Excel, SQL, Oracle DB, MSP Very good knowledge of PLM processes (industry/systems background) Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative ways improve the existing product development processes. Strong project management skills and the ability to organize and drive multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members as well as with various internal and external stakeholders. Very good command of written and spoken English.
