Some content may include sensitive topics such as violence. Risk Identification & Escalation: Proactively detect potential risks in digital content and escalate issues as necessary. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a safe and seamless user experience. Accurate Reporting: Maintain detailed records of moderation activities to track trends and compliance levels. What Were Looking For: Language Skills: Fluent German (C1) and English (written and spoken). Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for accuracy. Compliance & Risk Awareness: Understanding of compliance principles and risk management best practices. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers and relevant software tools. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively. Contract & Working Conditions: Contract Type: To be discussed during the hiring process. Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, 5 days a week. Flexible schedule available exact hours will be determined upon contract finalization. Work Mode: Onsite in Sofia, Bulgaria.
