You will play a pivotal role in delivering consistent reporting and processes across Cereal and Snacks categories, providing clear financial spend analysis to support Category Managers in executing their strategies, whilst tracking savings to identify gaps and opportunities within the categories. A Taste of What Youll Be DoingBusiness Partnering: Collaborate with Finance Directors, managers, and other key stakeholders to provide visibility of significant procurement variances from budgeted & forecasted spends and identify risk mitigation plans.Forecast Preparation and Consolidation: Responsible for preparing the Forecast files to review stage with the Supply Chain Procurement Manager, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consolidating inbound forecast files from Category Managers to provide visibility of variances from budgeted & forecasted spends.Month-End Reporting: Submit month-end reporting to review stage with the Supply Chain Finance Distribution Manager, preparing actuals vs. forecasting into Price, Volume and Mix drivers.Savings Tracking and Financial Analysis: Track and analyse savings to support Business Partner roles, helping identify gaps against targets and opportunities within categories and provide financial analysis and insights from inputs received to ensure data-driven decision-making.Reporting Support: Work closely with the Procurement Senior Manager to support all reporting requirements (monthly results, monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and business planning) and develop presentations for Supply Chain leadership, focusing on reporting standardization within direct procurement.Were Looking for Someone WithA strong educational background in finance or a related field, coupled with relevant work experience.Proficiency in English is required.Proven experience in people and customer relationship management at all levels, demonstrating expertise, professionalism, and confidence.Strong business partner skills and storytelling abilities to provide visibility of significant procurement variances from budgeted/forecasted spends and identify risk mitigation plans.Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office.Whats NextAfter you apply, your application will be reviewed by a real recruiter, so it may take us a few weeks to get back with you by email or phone.
