Job Title: Direct-Response E-commerce Media Buyer Prepared Hero is looking for a full-time remote exceptional direct-response e-commerce Media Buyer to join our team. We’re a close-knit team of 22 who are doing big things in the E-commerce space serving 100,000’s of customers each year and are in the top 0.1% of E-commerce brands online (revenue). To be successful in this role you’ll work as a media buyer on our marketing team to drive scalable profitability for the brand. Requirements You’re Perfect If You Have/Are… - 1-2+ years experience media buying for direct response e-commerce brands. - A strong understanding of Creatives, Ad copy and Funnels. - Experience analyzing paid traffic campaigns on FB, Google and Amazon. - Understands basic tracking with UTM tags and analytics platforms. - Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills. - Analytical: Good with numbers and understanding complex data. - Great Communicator: Possesses excellent English communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities. - A Player: Willingness to learn with the team and adapt to constant changes. - Keen interest in staying updated with industry trends and best practices. - Data-Driven: Capable of identifying important metrics, working with data, and analyzing marketing strategy outcomes. Job Description - What We Want You To Do - Launch ad content across multiple channels using given guidelines. - Optimize and manage advertising campaigns across different platforms and GEOs. - Continuously monitor and analyze campaign metrics to identify areas of improvement. - Make data-driven decisions to maximize conversions and improve general performance. - Working with copywriting, creative production and product teams to improve performance. - Taking courses, networking and analyzing top brands to continuously improve and keep up to date with marketing trends. Compensation and Benefits: - Full time position with monthly salary paid once or twice a month. Salary in USD and based on experience and skill. - Fully remote position.
