Document Controller About the Role Location Romania Bucuresti Bucharest Remote vs. Office Hybrid (Remote/Office) Company Siemens Energy Organization EVP Global Functions Business Unit Competence Hub Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Mid-level Professional A Snapshot of Your DayAs a Document Controller HVDC Control and Protection, you are responsible within a project for the documentation handling, for the workflow, timeline and record keeping of electronic and hard copy documents and align with contractual, legal and business regulations.How You’ll Make an ImpactUnderstanding customer requirements for document control and ensuring documents meet all standards Supporting the team by uploading documentation into internal documentation systemsTracking the status of documents and review sheets; notifying and reminding project staff to meet documentation termsSupervising that documents related to a payment milestone are provided to and accepted by the client, and flagging critical documents to the sub-Project ManagerIdentifying and numbering documents that come into the business.Using an electronic document management system (ITWO site) to index, store and retrieve a wide variety of document typesReviewing documents, checking they align with regulations, creating revisions and archiving outdated versionsDistributing documents to the relevant people, departments or organizations, and letting them know when they need to take action on a document as part of a processGenerating master document templates and forms, and training employees how to use themPreparing and updating document control procedures for the companyMaking sure that departments are following the accurate procedures in the document flow process Prepare monthly reports on the assigned work packages for internal reportingBuild strong working relationships with sub- Project Managers and EngineersWhat You BringKnowledge on project management methodsWillingness to participate to business success and satisfaction of the customerExperience with ITWO siteExtensive knowledge in dealing with MS Office applications and PM toolsProficient communication in English, with German preferableIntercultural experience is ideal as well as availability to go on business tripsWho is Siemens Energy?At Siemens Energy, we are more than just an energy technology company.
