Purpose Statement: Responsible for the analysis, creation, and manipulation of customer documentation necessary for the production process.Key Job Accountabilities:Resolves open tickets in the internal ticketing systemEnters in real time or specified in our internal system, Agile, the list of materials (BOM) and change notifications of the assemblies/components received from the customerChecks the correctness of the input data - Compare the BOM entered into the system versus the BOM received from the clientCreates new assemblies/documents in the Agile systemSaves and maintains the documentation in the file created specifically for storing the data from the customersAdditional Accountabilities:Saves/attaches emails, tickets, ECO/ECN from customer to internal ECOSupports cost impact for correctly capture the changes and attaches the cost impact file to the ECOSupports Component Analyst with CEC (Custom Engineered Components) parts creationPerforms Component Analyst Role responsibilities as assigned by managerSupports/manages deviations in Agile internal systemFollows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or dataParticipate in ECO meetings and if required provide supportCreates and updates DMR filesAcknowledges and complies with the requirements to mark the ATEX and safety critical parts as required by customersAcknowledges and complies with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards provided in the procedures and instructions that are specific to each field, documentation that underlies the proper functioning of the integrated management system of quality, environment, safety and occupational healthAdditional duties as assignedEducation/Experience Qualifications:A minimum of a(n) Associate's degree is requiredTwo (2) years of related experience is required; One (1) or more years of equivalent industry experience is preferredAn equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.Receives detailed instructions on all work.Other Qualifications: Basic Microsoft Office skillsBasic decision making, problem solving skillsBasic verbal and written communication skills both in Romanian and EnglishAgile or other PDM software knowledgePrioritize multiple tasks, meets deadlines and communicates shortcomings to management;Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and organizational skillsThe employee is reviewed at least annually to verify the ability to achieve the above results. Additionally, the employee must successfully complete all of the company's internal training courses required to perform their tasks.
