We are a global team with members in both Warsaw and Copenhagen, and as our Business Analyst, you will be based in Warsaw and play a crucial role in our journey to become a data-driven business and a Power Platform powerhouse. As a Dynamics 365 CRM Business Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between our business and technical teams, understanding business needs, and translating them into technical requirements. You will play a key role in the successful implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM projects, using the "Success by Design" framework to design and deliver solutions that meet business requirements. About the job As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for: Analyze business processes and requirements and translate them into technical specifications and user stories using best practices, tools, and techniques. Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize requirements, and manage scope, risks, and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that meet business requirements and provide input to technical design and development activities. Develop and maintain functional documentation, including requirements, design specifications, test cases, and user manualsContinuously improve business processes and systems by proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation and providing recommendations to stakeholderConduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate the resolution of defects and issues. Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure the successful adoption of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.Continuously improve business processes and systems by proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation and providing recommendations to stakeholders. About you To be successful in this role, you should have: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. At least 3 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 implementations. Experience with the "Success by Design" framework and ability to apply it to Dynamics 365 CRM projects. Certification in Power Platform or Dynamics 365. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines. About us The Data function is where data is turned into information in Falck. We are four different teams working with: Data & Analytics, RPA, and Master Data. In the entire function we are 50+ data specialists working in Copenhagen and Warsaw.
