Our leader in there field are looking for an experienced Dynamics CRM Developer to join the team. They use Dynamics as their CRM which is supported by Microsoft Power Platform and Azure. The system together with the platforms requires heavy maintenance and ongoing technical support allowing the business BAU operations. Job Description Service Delivery Providing second level support to allow the BAU operations by delivering the appropriate fix on ongoing CRM technical issues and bugs. This includes Microsoft Power Platform such as Power Bi, Power Automate and Power Apps Updating the CRM Support Platform. Providing information and comments on the jobs to keep the requests owners up-to-date Providing technical support to the Content and Editorial Team by implementing the appropriate fix to allow the integrated operations between the CRM and the CMS WordPress' Providing technical support to the Financial Team by implementing the appropriate fix to allow the integrated operations between the CRM and ERP MS GP' Governance and Technology Providing technical contents and advice to assist the CRM Lead in the drafting of the Functional Design Document prior to the build of new functionalities, integrations, and processes Designing and recording technical structures in the Technical Design Document prior to the build of new functionalities/workflows/plugins and integrations Recording technical solutions in the Requirements Traceability Matrix prior to the building of new functionalities/workflows/plugins and integrations. Building the organisation's Team/User security roles Matrix within the CRM and maintaining the solution Creating and deploying configuration, customization, workflows, integration, and plugins solutions, building new CRM processes, functionalities, and technologies (such as DocuSign, ClickDimensions) as per the Sprints allocated in DevOps. Updating Sprints in DevOps making sure tasks delivered are communicated and documented. This includes the documentation of coding Providing Go-Live and Post Go-Live technical assistance to the users Maintaining the CRM System, the Power Platform, Azure Synapse, and the Data Lake. This includes delivering the appropriate upgrade Maintaining and building Power Bi reports using Azure Synapse as appropriate to create views and tables Data Assisting the CRM Lead in the data structure and mapping design of the CRM database Building and implementing the appropriate workflows and solutions to cleanse/migrate data as per the data cleansing and migration strategy Knowledge, Experience and Skills 3+ years developing and coding experience for Dynamics CRM Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform - PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Bi, Dataverse etc. High programming experience with Visual Studio, .NET, Plugins and Logic Apps. Strong experience building Power BI reports directly from Dataverse or Data Lake High Microsoft Azure knowledge and understanding including Azure Synapse and SQL Database Strong CRM system support experience Good Knowledge of Agile and Sprints Project Management Good Knowledge of using Azure DevOps or any similar platform Desirable experience or Knowledge of SmartConnect or other ERP Integration Platform
