Overview As a Solution Manager, you will have responsibility with the definition and maintenance of the go-to-market Whole Offer for the Microsoft Dynamics Target Market Initiative at Medius. You will work collaboratively with a cross functional team in Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Professional Services and Marketing to create and maintain the work products that support the whole offer and the go-to-market end to end motion across the cross functional areas. Responsibilities Construct, maintain and support the Medius’ target market edition(s) for Dynamics Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) North America customer segmentLead a multi-stakeholder team comprised of internal SMEs from Medius’ North America go-to-market functions to develop and maintain ERP, Industry, and Region-specific solution(s) based on leading practices to ultimately improve customer satisfaction and net promoter scores while reducing time to valuePlan, manage, and prioritize the backlog and release of edition tenant(s) and related sales and delivery assetsIdentify project duration, effort, sequence, and dependencies of tasks required to meet applicable project plan objectivesWork directly with senior leadership team of the Medius’ products to execute against the project planCoordinate with applicable stakeholders to gather requirements of solution enhancements and net-new solution setsLead or contribute to the development of program assets with applicable stakeholdersAdvise and enable sales and delivery teams on solution scope, architecture, and deployment proceduresParticipate in business planning activities and ongoing progress reporting with senior leadership to execute the project planProvide support for solution functionality, manage request tracking and triage processes Key Skills and Experience Extraordinary cross-functional teamwork skills and experience working with both internal and external stakeholdersAbility to work with various levels of stakeholders to develop, manage, and successfully execute a project planSaaS industry background obtained specifically with Accounts Payable and/or Payments automation, has a sound understanding of the entire Spend Management systems landscapeSelf-starter with demonstrated ability to present complex ideas in a way that allow various audiences to understandFunctional and technical knowledge of systems and business processes related to key edition components preferred; Medius APA and Payments, Dynamics ERPs, and/or CPG industries5+ years of experience in systems applications and/or management consulting, internally via a service organization and/or externally with a consulting firm or software providerHighly driven, agile mindset, passionate and accomplishment orientedProject Management skills for planning, coordination, and communicationAbility to work effectively with remote colleagues across various locations and time zones.Excellent oral and written English communication skills with the ability to create and deliver clear, concise program deliverables both virtually and in-person to various levels of stakeholders.
