As a Technical Sr. Consultant, you will help our clients solve challenging issues. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about the exciting world of digital technologies, including Digital Twin, Internet of Things, Big Data, Advanced Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. You will assume the role of Simulation & Emulation Senior Technical Consultant for the Enterprise Technology Practice and help deliver Digital Twin advisory and implementation projects. As a Senior Consultant, you will work in a client-facing role for established global clientele, helping them apply Digital Twin capabilities to challenging business problems. Responsibilities:Drive the development of simulation and emulation models.Manage development backlog for client engagements.Manage and assign junior engineers with tasks during client engagements.Develop technical and functional specifications based on software design and performance.Support the data modeling and requirements definition mapping.Ensure quality of code by performing unit testing and code reviews.DevOps development and implementation.Contact with customers in the USA, Europe, and Asia.Provide client support, including but not limited to troubleshooting, software upgrades, and enhancements.Commit to meeting and exceeding customer service metrics, Service Level Agreements (SLA's).Manage requirements from multiple clients simultaneously.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.Legal Authorization to work in an EU country is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening.Willingness to travel international and domestic up to 50%.Preferred Qualifications:You should have a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering Discipline.We ask that you have you to have 3+ years of experience leading the implementation, validation and deployment of scalable simulation and emulation technology in an operational setting (specifically in industries of Generalized Manufacturing, Life Sciences, High Tech, Auto & Tire, Consumer Goods, and Warehousing & Logistics).You should have experience with Emulate3D, Sim3D/Demo3D, or equivalent industrial standard simulation and emulation (virtual commissioning) software.You should also have 3+ years of experience developing in any of the following ACD, Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, OR.NET.You should have experience in conducting technical evaluations of client infrastructure (e.g., automation control, equipment automation, sensors/instrumentation) and determining methods of conduction effective simulation and emulation.You should have experience integrating emulation software with soft and physical controllers.You should understand the technical limitations of code emulation and can effectively convey such limitations to clients.You should know PLC programming (preferably Allen Bradley).Competency in equipment design and development.Experience designing and performing simulation experimentation.You should have competency in simulation disciplines including stochastic simulation and how it is applied to discrete event simulation in an operational environment.You should have experience with business requirements and the process of translating them into well-engineered and integrated technical solution.You should have experience using leading software development practices, technical documentation (requirements, functional specifications, test plans, etc.).
