Write reports to summarize results and communicate lessons learnedOptimize design concepts to meet performance/reliability requirements and cost targets utilizing advanced simulation tools for functional as well as survivability evaluationContribute to development of test plans and collaborate on execution of tests at a system level or component level. Complete documentation and change management processes for product enhancementsCollaborate with engineering department in design reviews and benchmark studiesConduct Component analysis interpretationInitiate and interpret results of forensic analysis of sub-componentsLiaise with other departments such as product development, supply chain and maintenance to improve product performance continuouslyCreates relevant reliability data to support a PDM projectGlobal support of maintenance locations for our drilling equipment including development and maintenance of relevant technical documentationParticipates in global root cause investigations with Central Reliability Engineering teamsDocumentation and communication of pertinent findings and updates during the Root Cause AnalysisPlanning, supporting, and coordinating Feld Tests for design changes and upgrades to the RegionsPeriodically review and compile fleet upgrade and fleet performance reports of assigned services based on globally standardized metrics. Share data with all relevant functions incl. evaluation of effectiveness of technical upgradesProviding technical support to Regional Reliability Engineers and AMO Technicians for troubleshooting and RCASupport complete job cycle for assigned services as required to ensure delivery of service to highest standards jointly with all relevant departmentsEnsure AMO / SC synchronization related to design changesValidate and approve Maintenance and Supply Chain process changesReview Maintenance and Supply Chain documentation released with new productsOperational research, data mining and analysis within the product life-time databasePreparing and supplying content for training materialsProviding training on troubleshooting and tool theory of operations to Regional Reliability Engineers and tool theory to AMO techniciansIntroduce technology into Region where the product or service has never been used beforeRequired Skills include:Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or minimum 3+years of relevant work experienceFormal qualification in an Engineering discipline (preferred electro-mechanical, electronic, or mechanical discipline)RCA QualifiedSuperior skills in problem/failure root cause analysis of failures encountered using systematic root-cause investigation toolsLeads and demonstrates HSE culture and focusExperienced in either an electrical and/or mechanical background with good working knowledge in electrical and/or mechanical principlesExperienced in the job cycle process for the delivery of drilling servicesHighly initiative, self-driven, strong analytical and conceptual skillsThorough understanding of Product Line technology and Service Delivery requirementsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to coach and mentor employeesAbility to learn, use various computer tools and prepare data/visualizations for analysisDemonstrated advanced problem-solving skills with respect to Applied Engineering, Design and Technology Development.Strong Six-Sigma DMAIC process and MaPS business intelligence knowledgeExperience in internal processes (e.g. ECO, BHOS, TB, TSP)Experience and knowledge in reliability analysis software packages (i.e., Reliasoft, Minitab) preferredProject management skills preferredSelf-contained, self-motivated, and structured to work within a global, interdisciplinary team under limited supervision with a strong commitment to learningExcellent communications, facilitation, and presentation skillsExperienced in the interaction with internal and external customersJob Locations are as below:1.
