JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description SummaryLCS Cardiology IT Product Sales Specialist will be responsible to create and win sales opportunities as the product expert for Diagnostic Cardiology (DCAR) IT (Resting ECG, Stress ECG, Ambulatory ECG) and Invasive Cardiology portfolio in Poland. Create viable LCS Cardiology IT product solutions which meet customer needs and achieve optimum profits. Differentiate and promote assigned LCS cardiology product offerings using GEHC marketing resources. Work with IT implementation team to ensure Interfaces are delivered using Customer Integration Engines in Eastern Europe. Work directly with customers, internal sales teams and distributors on the development and implementation of the hospital workflow and interface environment.Drive sales process including needs qualification, vendor selection, quotation, and closure. Forecast and achieve product orders and sales target for the region while ensuring pricing compliance. Build strong customer relationships; ensure needs are met and maintain contact records. Track and communicate market trends and represent GEHC at medical conferences to promote portfolio. Required QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited University preferably in Healthcare IT or Biomedical engineering, or related sciences discipline.Experience in Healthcare IT Sales.Capable to deliver efficiently IT technical information to others.Basic knowledge of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish assignments and tasks set by the company aligned with modality strategy.Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with customers, direct colleagues, and third-party companies.Fluency in Polish and English.Valid driving license and able to travel extensively in the region.Desired CharacteristicsMaster’s degree in a related discipline would be considered an asset.Commercial experience in cardiology industry.Project management skills.Easy to develops strong customer relationships and serve as the interface between customer and GEHC.GE Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
