What will your job be about General responsibility for EI suppliers § Perform supplier process audits (release and incident base) in accordance with Yazaki and customers standards. § Define and follow up audit action plans and collaborate with supplier development lead auditor. § Support BU SQE performing process audits if technical skills are required. § Create and maintain synergies with BU Quality. § Lead critical concerns, root cause analysis evaluation in case technical process skills needed. § Upon request of SQA pro-active participation in supplier meetings are supported. § Involvement for critical concerns quality cost charge back. § Being pro-active part of the SPDM Level 1 and 2 activities and drive the Level 3 by involving executive management level at Yazaki and supplier. § Support Yazaki overseas affiliates when technical process skills needed and concern escalation request. § Identify improvement opportunities and continuously drive supplier development and process optimization with assigned suppliers by initiating and supervising SQIP (supplier quality improvement plan) in order to ensure that objectives with respect to quality, cost, timing, delivery, services and environmental compliance are met. §Support Advance SQE performing process / restricted / potential analysis audits if technical skills are required. §Support and supervise with the Advance SQE all multi-OEM supplier-initiated changes to ensure consolidated communication to the affected supplier. § Upon request, support Advance SQE for performing verification and approval of new/modified components that are part of respective commodity if technical skills are required.
