We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Mid/ Senior Embedded Engineer who would like to become a Trainer and cultivate a vibrant learning environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: Unique privilege of long-term training and teaching EE juniors (electronics and programming fundamentals, the company internal processes and standards)Training and supporting juniors with their work on projectsEvaluating the team skills on a regular basisDeveloping of personal training programs and roadmapsTaking part in a process of hiring new junior developers (resume analyzing, interviews)Possibility of partial participation in commercial projects- not to get out of practice! REQUIREMENTS: 1) Technical knowledge: Very good C knowledge, embedded software development experience for Cortex-MExperience with RTOS Experience with TCP/IP, BLEElectronics background: good analog and advanced digital circuit analysis, ability to perform signal analysis, simulationsAbility to work with measuring equipmentVery good English proficiencyAs a plus: Linux apps development experience; Clouds (AWS, Azure); Python, Bash; writing auto and unit tests; experience in development low-power devices (software part) 2) Soft skills and mentorship: Ability to use own technical knowledge and experience in order to teach and mentor othersGreat communication skills and open mindAbility to listen and recognize potential problemsEmpathy and patiencePrevious mentoring/leadership experience- as a plus!
