We are a twenty-five-year-old company on a journey to becoming a centenary one, driven by aspiration, hunger and humility.We are looking for humble geniuses, who believe that engineering has the potential to make the impossible, possible; innovators, who are not only inspired by technology and innovation, but also perpetually driven to design, develop, and test as a trusted partner for Fortune 500 customers.As aEmbedded Program ManagerBaseline responsibilities:Adhere to QMS, Customer specific processes, standards and specifications during project tasks delivery Support preparation of quotations and proposals for customers Effectiveness projects and team: attrition management, workload planning Resource allocation and optimization ( People + Infrastructure) Compliance to Quality Management Systems Adhering to QuEST policies and processes Liaise with Technical stream for competency up gradation, training plans; Coaching & mentoring; Career planning for self and team members Participate in Knowledge base building, technical communities within QuEST Performance management including promotions Project lifecycle management (initiation to closure) including Project health tracking and reporting of larger projects, tasks or modules.
