Together lets change the future of mobility!Your roleLead, motivate and mentor a team of 15+ membersManage Collections across EMEA region (monitor all aspects to drive best in class performance)Ensure all reporting needs are met, providing quality information for all OTC business partnersIdentifying opportunities for improvement in OTC processesCo-ordination of (cross)divisional projects related to process standarization, improvement, transformationEnsure OTC Transactions are recorded in accordance with relevant Accounting PoliciesProvide timely responses to Auditors as they complete various audit proceduresCommunication and co-operation with other Aptiv’s departmentsProviding support to OTC Team Leaders and GBS Managers as requiredYour backgroundMin 5+ years’ experience in OTC processes with a successful track record in leading teamStrong leadership skills and the ability to interface and work with individuals across the global organization at all levelsStrong relationship and business partnering skillsExcellent Analytical and communication skills Very good organization and delegation skillsStrategic thinking, proactivity and ability to take initiative, make decisionsGood knowledge of SAPStrong Microsoft Office product skillsVery good EnglishPrivacy Notice - Active Candidates: Aptiv is an equal employment opportunity employer.
