As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining precise and punctual financial transactions, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, and delivering exceptional solutions to customer challenges.What you will do Engage with internal and external customers via phone or email, ensuring the swift and accurate application of funds within established timeframes. Your excellent communication skills and expertise in unapplied cash procedures will be pivotal in meeting departmental and individual targets. Demonstrate your analytical prowess by investigating and reconciling transactions on customer accounts. Your keen eye for detail will help uphold the accuracy and completeness of account information. Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external customers, excelling in resolving unallocated payment scenarios. Your resourcefulness and unwavering commitment will guarantee effective and timely solutions to customer issues. Foster seamless collaboration with other departments, working towards achieving unapplied cash objectives and resolving customer inquiries. Your proactive follow-ups will ensure prompt and precise resolutions to customer problems. Take ownership of decisions concerning customer accounts, applying payments, and nurturing positive business relationships with clients. Identify critical issues on customer accounts and escalate them promptly following thorough investigative efforts. Uphold compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and other regulatory guidelines, supporting both internal and external audit processes. Required Qualifications Hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Demonstrate proven experience in payment operations, showcasing a solid understanding of cash application and reconciliation processes. Possess exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Fluency in another European language is a plus. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Display proficiency in using relevant software tools and applications. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to assess risks and evaluate alternatives. Be familiar with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and be capable of providing audit support.
