As part of the Global Employee Experience Team, you'll play a key role in bringing our unique culture to life and fostering a strong sense of community.Your mission: as an Employee Experience Manager, you'll be pivotal in enhancing the employee journey and promoting a culture of inclusion and belonging. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement programs that make every stage of the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—a delightful experience. What you'll do at UiPathOur team focuses on four main pillars:Enable our Culture & Belonging: Crafting programs that connect UiPathers and nurture a feeling of belonging, including recognition initiatives, live and virtual events, and coordinating People Unity Councils (our version of Employee Resource Groups)Listening & Acting on Feedback: Gathering insights through surveys and data analysis andcollaborating with HR Business Partners and leaders to make impactful improvementsDelivering People-First Experiences: Designing seamless, end-to-end programs that enhanceevery stage of the employee journey, from onboarding to offboardingDriving Social Impact: Giving back to our communities through volunteering, donations, andsustainability initiatives, and contributing to our impact reporting.What you'll do at UiPath:Enable our Culture & Belonging:Upscale our global Recognition programs, to embed gratitude into our cultureSupport People Unity Councils in designing the strategy for their communitiesListening & Acting on Feedback:Help drive our listening strategy to understand what's working well and identify areas forimprovementWork closely with HR Business Partners, leaders, and cross-functional teams to developand execute action plans based on feedbackPresent insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive positive changeDelivering People-First Experiences:Design seamless, end-to-end programs in partnership with People Operations, Facilities,IT and other stakeholdersCreate programs that make every stage—from comprehensive onboarding support tothoughtful offboarding—a positive experienceCoordinate with global teams to ensure consistency and inclusivityDrive Social Impact:Coordinate global initiatives, including volunteering events, donation campaigns, andsustainability effortsContribute to our annual impact report, highlighting our community commitments andachievements. What you'll bring to the team6+ years in HR, ideally with some exposure to employee experience, employeeengagement or DEIStrong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks/projectsProficient in data interpretation with the ability to turn insights into actionable plansA growth mindset, with an ability to adapt, pivot, and change when needed whilemaintaining a positive attitudeAn ‘owner mindset’ with a strong willingness to move beyond the challenges and comeup with solutionsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and inclusiveapproach.
