You will work closely with the recruitment squad, the communication team and our leaders in creating a roadmap of Employer Branding initiatives.Your day to day:Develop a state-of-the-art candidate experience by creating consistent and engaging communication throughout the hiring funnelDevelop and deliver annual employer branding strategy starting from the EVP foundation (employee value proposition)Assess recruitment & communication needs and initiate the development of all materials that address the ING Tech’s employer brand online & offlineInitiate and maintain strategic partnerships with Universities and Students associations Plan and manage brand awareness & recruiting eventsAssist the Recruitment squad in identifying the best possible channels to attract a wide variety of candidates and act upon it;Constantly monitor results and deliver optimization in recruitment and communication campaigns.
