Endpoint Security Engineer in Constanţa

DLP (advanced) MS (advanced) IT Security (master) For our Client, a global technology and business legend, we are looking for a End Point Security Engineer.A candidate who lives in Poland in the Krakow area to work in hybrid mode is sought.Responsibilities:Provide endpoint-related technical support to customers and partners.Providing configuration, and troubleshooting. Manage support cases to ensure issues are logged, tracked, resolved and follow-up is done in a timely manner.Fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues.Publish support bulletins and other technical documentation in the knowledge base.Review and develop technical documentation for training materials, technical materials, and troubleshooting guides.Experience in supporting endpoint software products is required.Extensive experience with Windows-based applications is required.Strong experience with MS environment (Exchange, SCCM, GPO, AD, MSSQL, IIS).Experience with endpoint security software is a plus (Antivirus, DLP, IPS, NAC).Experience with security is a plus (IPSEC / SSL-VPN / NAT / GRE).Experience with batch scripting is a plus.Strong ability to independently debug broad, complex and unique environments with mixed applications and protocols.Tasks and responsibilities :Provide technical support to customers and partners.Provide configuration and troubleshooting.Support case management.Provide fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues.Publishing support bulletins and other technical documentation to the knowledge base.Other skills:Strong experience with MS environment (Exchange, SCCM, GPO, AD, MSSQL, IIS).Experience with endpoint security software is a plus (Antivirus, DLP, IPS, NAC).Experience with security is an added advantage (IPSEC / SSL-VPN / NAT / GRE).Experience with batch scripting is a plus.
