Energy Manager in Bucuresti

ROLE:The Energy Manager (EM) is a member of the Energy Management Services (EMS) team reporting to the National Service Delivery Manager. The EM will support the EMS team in the delivery of contracted energy and net zero services, products and solutions. The EM will be the technical lead interacting with internal and external stakeholders as required.The EM will also be responsible for reviewing technical outputs from various sources to support solutions and costs as part of ECS output from energy audits, compliance services and grant funding applications.The EM will be able to quickly understand and absorb technical solutions, manipulate data, articulate the relevant information to their client portfolio and ideally, have experience of various facets of the energy services industry.Job Accountabilities:Assist in completing grant funding applications, including supporting documentation.Working with spreadsheets, databases and web-based platforms/tools to review energy use and verify savings models.Carry out general energy audits.Delivering Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme, Streamlined Energy Carbon Reporting and Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme audits.Support the development and provision of energy audit reports, complete with costed solutions and paybacks.Qualifications (some or all of the following):Demonstrate experience in customer facing or internal cross discipline team roleExperience of technical, engineering or building services17th or 18th Edition Wiring RegulationsMechanical engineering design, especially thermal dynamicsHave or ability to pass Security Vetting and Enhanced DBSProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Powerpoint)Experience of databases or other information pointsUnderstanding of contracts, scopes of work, etc.Compliance reportingCommercial awarenessPackage:£40, - ££ car allowance pension private health care company discounts
