TypeScript (advanced) JavaScript (advanced) React (advanced) We are seeking a skilled Engineering Manager to lead a team of talented Frontend engineers. The team is based in Warsaw, Poland, and builds exceptional user interfaces, focusing on Snowflake Marketplace. As the Engineering Manager, you will join our efforts in continuing to lead the industry in ease-of-use and customer delights. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to deliver a robust and user-friendly solution. As the Engineering Manager you will: Lead a team of ~8 talented engineersCollaborate with product managers and designers to define product requirementsTranslate the requirements into technical specifications and implementation plansCollaborate with other leaders in the Engineering and Product organizations on quarterly planning, commitments, and project schedulesSet the strategic vision for your team and be accountable for team plans and deliverablesUse your strong foundation as a technical leader to reliably deliver on complex projects while keeping the quality bar highBe responsible for the career development of your reports, providing continuous mentorship and coachingLead highly impactful initiatives around Marketplace We expect our engineering managers to demonstrate a strong engineering background via their past experience both as engineers and as managers.
