The main areas of responsibilities is to perform in-depth process quality assessment of process work products, projects and teams.
Do you want to be an Engineering Process Guide? These should spark your interest:
• Analyze processes, methods and workflows;
• Ensure conformity and compliance with Continental internal and industry standards;
• Consult / coach process definition teams on Continental internal and industry standards;
• Provide feedback to process definition teams;
• Provide feedback to standards definition teams;
• Initiate / lead root-cause analyses for deviations;
• Define, plan and actively support recovery measures (on-location and/or as 2nd level support to local QA);
• Actively coach and train team members on development processes, methods and workflows;
• Provide status and progress feedback to management. Qualifications You can be a perfect match to our team if you have:
• Degree in computer science, engineering, general science or equivalent experience;
• Knowledge about engineering processes and methods along the V-Cycle;
• Engineering product development, leadership experience, project management, automotive industry experience;
• Process understanding, analytical and metric-driven, quality focus and ASPICE / CMMI expertise, Six Sigma as benefit, managing complexity;
