You should be calm, technically minded, and have apro-active and positive \"can do\" attitude. Your goal will be to makethe customer journey as seamless as possible while analyzing issues, carryingout research, figuring out underlying causes and providing possible solutions.Requirements • Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills for English, Russian, French or Portuguese.*Please note that English is essential as it's used as the main language to communicate. • Ability to work as part of a Team both virtually and in person. • Must have a strong work ethic and demonstrate fast assimilation to training. • Must value diversity and be inherently respectful. • Ability to work unsupervised and independently with a proactive attitude. • Basic understanding of System's Hardware & Software and their functions. • Basic understanding of Gaming Platforms, Games and Gameplay Mechanics. *If you're unsure your knowledge is sufficient, we recommend that you apply!
