Min. 8 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, IT Management, Professional Services. You can work 100% remote (on Poland area), but able to work abroad in different country. Responsibilities: Define IT architecture concepts for clients' issues and growth opportunitiesResearch and explore new technologies to enhance current solutions and ensure future sustainabilityRecommend technological solutions tailored to clients' needs, capabilities, urgency, and cultureFoster architectural synergy and standardization of current IT solutions, aligning with the technical roadmap and strategyCollaborate independently with clients through workshops, demos, and presentations of IT architecture conceptsProvide fit-gap analysis for solution requirements, referencing market-leading IT systems' standard capabilitie Requirements: Min. 8 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, IT Management, Professional Services.Provide evidence of conceptual designs, models, and frameworks.Maintain compliance with architectural principles and standards for infrastructure or application development efforts through reviews, validations, and methodology gate points.Review and validate requested changes or exceptions to established architecture standards.Engage and supervise the development of architecture (business, application, information, and technology) and its roadmap aligning with strategic business objectives and technology groups.Create designs and blueprints following enterprise architecture standards, considering key design criteria such as Availability, Recoverability, Scalability & Performance, and IT support throughout the solution lifecycle.Manage competing demands through negotiation and compromise to ensure the holistic needs of the organization are met.Coordinate technology integration within new or existing blueprints and program portfolio to meet enterprise standards and requirements What we can offer:Ability to work abroad in different country, but in PL remotlyDevelopment opportunitiesWhole package for business travels (flights, insurance, hotels)Working in multinational environmentSports card and medical careEnglish classes
