Leads and partners with cross-functional teams to develop short-term (typically less than two years) business plans and supporting data-driven models. Prepares comprehensive implementation tactics, including execution plans, resource allocation plans, follow-up guidelines, assessment, and process accountabilities. Ensures that business activities are aligned with stated plans among different stakeholders. Sets business metrics, evaluates actual performance, and makes recommendations to business leaders on performance target achievement. Develops data-driven analyses to optimize resources and ensure that business plans can be translated into financial value. Applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. Works on problems of moderately complex scope. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.Acts as an ‘extension’ of the Workstream Owners and liaison to the data analysts in the Data Validation TeamWhile taking direction from the Workstream owner and RDL, works independently to provide continuous guidance and leadership to the Data Validation Team on prioritization and timelines of objectives to be metCoordinates implementation of new activities in the team for given workstreamBack up Process – assigns, communicates with the team members, Share Point updates; creates a consolidated back up in event of workstream owner unavailabilityRecommends goals and assignments to maintain a balanced workload within the Data Validation Team, in co-operation with Data Validation Team LeadOrganizes Best Practices Sharing sessions with the involvement of the Workstream Owners/SMEs Supports the business planning activities and maintains regular communication with the RDL and GEO Stakeholders (Entity transition and Readiness)Ensures communication on admin areas by organizing regular meetings/update process presentationsParticipates in meetings with the manager, RDL and the Data Validation Team data analystsTypically, 2+ years’ work experience with proven cross-team collaborations, team coordination skillsUniversity degree or demonstrable equivalent.Demonstrated ability to lead and provide guidance to data analysts on a daily basis.Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.Self-directed and self-motivated; ability to operate independentlyGood listening skills including strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to adapt to changing priorities in real-time.Strong analytical thinking.Above standard knowledge of ExcelKnowledge of Word, PowerPoint, QlikSenseWhat we can offer you:Extensive benefits, a competitive salary and participation in the shared values and purpose that make Hewlett Packard Enterprise one of the world´s most attractive employers!
