ESG Program AdvisorRole OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized, hands-on, and proactive ESG Program Advisor to oversee the day-to-day execution of ESG initiatives across key teams, Supply Chain and Human Rights, among others. In this role, you will work closely with the Global Head of ESG Integration, contributing directly to the successful implementation of ESG standards across the organization. You will play a pivotal role in executing the ESG strategy and drafting ESG reports, ensuring that sustainability activities align with regulatory frameworks and business goals.This is a hands-on position for a highly engaged individual contributor who thrives on managing operational details, solving problems, and ensuring continuous progress across multiple ESG initiatives. Your direct involvement will be crucial in driving sustainability performance and ensuring the accurate and transparent reporting of our ESG efforts.Beyond overseeing ESG initiatives, this role requires a deep understanding of our business operations and the ability to work cross-functionally to embed sustainability practices into the core of our business processes. Rather than applying top-down mandates, your approach will focus on collaborating with diverse teams across the organization, helping them understand and adopt sustainability principles that align with our business objectives. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture where sustainability is seamlessly integrated into how we work, empowering teams to take ownership of ESG goals within their respective functions.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely and proactively with the rest of the team on the preparation, drafting, and review of ESG reports, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements (CSRD, EU Taxonomy) and company sustainability goals.Building relationships with key stakeholders across the business functions, partner and contribute to integrating key ESG frameworks into business processes and tracking their implementation.Monitor progress and report on ESG activities, identifying and resolving operational challenges as they arise.Lead the continuous improvement of the ESG reporting process, working closely with the ESG data center.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as the operational point of contact to ensure alignment with sustainability goals and timelines.Support the preparation of sustainability data for internal and external reporting, including working with Group Finance on annual sustainability reporting.Oversee short-term and medium-term sustainability projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall ESG strategy.Oversee ESG rating activities, ensuring compliance with requests from rating agencies, customers, and suppliers.Provide operational support for special projects such as net-zero target setting, sustainability data standardization, and emission calculations.What You BringMore than 10 years of professional experience in industrial companies, focused on ESG, sustainability, or related fields.Proven ability to work as a hands-on individual contributor, managing operational tasks and delivering tangible results.Strong project management skills with experience in coordinating cross-functional teams.Solid experience in ESG reporting and familiarity with relevant sustainability frameworks (CSRD, EU Taxonomy, TCFD,CSDDD).Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage daily operations and multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication skills with the ability to work across various departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.Proficient in ESG data management and reporting.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
