Position Summary:The Senior TA Specialist (Senior IT Recruiter) is a true advisor to the business and works closely together with the HMs to make sure the recruitment needs are met in due time and within expected quality.Job Responsibilities:In charge of recruitment for senior resources in different functions across Europe within budget and qualityWorks with management and HR to implement consistent processes, tools and metrics that support timely and quality recruitingCoaches relevant stakeholders in regards to best practices in recruitment to achieve the best result possibleEnsures a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and advocates the need for it towards all involved partiesProactively ensures strong pipelines are built for relevant profilesManages recruiting projects within different functional areas and brings them to a successful endDrives best-in-class practices in the areas of managing external vendors, partnerships, active branding, networks, social media, and other recruitment approachesPermanently gains market intelligence and generates ideas to increase the employer attractivenessUnderstands the business needs and correctly manage expectations whilst constantly keeping an eye on future developmentsSupports the Talent Acquisition Manager towards creating and meeting recruiting targets, and is able to supply data-driven information that can be shared with the businessBasic Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting with technology focusStrong relationship building skills with all relevant parties involved in the recruitment processDemonstrated ability to coach Hiring Managers in making the best decisions possibleExcellent active sourcing and recruiting project management skillsEstablished industry network and strong networking abilities across EuropeHighly effective written and verbal communication skills in English is a must, additional German language skill would be a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Master’s degree is an advantageHead-hunter mentalityMinimum 3 years work experience with a solid recruitment process put in placeExperience in improving already existing recruitment processesProblem solving attitude, and strong drive and follow-up skills to bring hiring to closureBalanced combination of long-term thinking and pragmatic approachStructured and process-oriented working styleFocus on continuous improvement and capability to drive itEligibility Requirements:Willingness to work in an office.Willingness to travel on occasion.
