WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
• Collate and complete pay & benefit benchmarking across Europe for the annual salary review cycle and projects as needed.
• Support compensation processes and implementation of new/updated programs
• Support Analysis of external Trends, Insights, and Best Practices.
• Analyze market data to collaborate in the annual MRP review process
• Perform job leveling job pricing and evaluations for new or revised jobs
• Perform Total Comp analysis
• Recommend compensation changes to the business (salaries, lump sums, etc.)
WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related field
• 2 years of work experience in compensation administration for multiple countries.
• Strong customer focus
• Strong team player
• Good with numbers and excellent analytical skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Manly excel)
• English language proficiency
Desirable:
• Knowledge of KEU markets and compensations practices
• Work experience in other Total Rewards specialties (benefits, Recognition, mobility)
