The Events Content Assistant will Reporting to the Events Operations Manager (Content), the Events Content Assistant is responsible for supporting the events team in providing all content administration, and speaker database and content coordination for all D&E events.. The role is focused on the following key areas: 1. Sourcing and uploading approved content for all events.2. Management of the speaker database.3. Ensuring that content for all events is managed, procured and delivered in a timely and efficient manner in coordination with the Events Operations Manager (Content).Key responsibilities include: · Update and maintain all agendas for events for the year.· Input confirmed content into Event Management system by deadlines outlined in the Events plans.· Ensure all landing pages for events agendas are correct and up to date.· Assist in sourcing relevant speakers for all events, communicating to stakeholders in a timely manner and supporting the content lead through the event planning process .· Work with marketing teams on getting speaker cards for social media promotion· Liaise with confirmed speakers to get materials, pre-recorded sessions, social handles etc.· Support with gathering speaker bios and photos as well as presentations ahead of events.· Building and maintaining the speaker database in conjunction with the line manager· Helping to research themes and content for future events· Support with due diligence around event content to ensure the event programmes are prepared efficiently.· Assist with all pre-recorded sessions on virtual platforms and communicate to all involved.· Other ad-hoc administration duties as required by the line manager.· Working virtual events with potential to travel to some in person events when required.
