Identifies local opportunities for RWE. Act as local RWE champion for proper execution of RWE projects in priority therapy areas. Work closely with TA Medical Leads, Value Access, HEOR, Clinical research and other relevant functions.Medical Governance Lead is responsible for the proper governance of the local GxP medical activities (local interventional trials, IIT, NIS/RWE, MAP, RC). Monitor adherence to Novartis standards, and act as local point of contact for MGL global network.Your key responsibilities:Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Aim for eight bullet points• Identify opportunities for local evidence generation in priority areas. Engage with key scientific leaders and other relevant external stakeholders (healthcare, digital, administrative) to identify research gaps and opportunities• Drive internal RWE awareness and trainings to enhance local capabilities in generating real-world evidence and local publications• Lead the medical governance of regulated activities (LIT, NIS/RWE, IIT, MAP, RC)• Monitor adherence to Novartis standards and local regulations.
