Executive Assistant and TranslatorClient Description:Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for an Executive Assistant for one of its clients, a security company in Bucharest.Responsibilities:Executive Support:Manage the executive's daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.Conduct research and compile data as required.Office Management:Oversee general office operations, including coordinating office supplies and maintenance.Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Translation:Provide accurate and timely translations of documents between Romanian and English.Interpret during meetings and other events as needed.Project Coordination:Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement.Candidate Profile:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Management or Linguistics, Translation with a specialization in English.Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.Excellent command of both Romanian and English, both written and spoken.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Dynamic and collaborative work environment.Involvement in innovative and challenging projects.
