Your attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to communicate effectively will contribute to maintaining accurate financial records and promoting responsible spending practices within the company.Even if some prior experience will be considered a plus, the position is a good opportunity for beginners as we will provide tools and training which will help you succeed in the role. The Concur Expense Reports Auditor is part of the Finance Support Services of AtkinsRéalis’s Finance Shared Services based in Bucharest. ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze expense reports submitted by employees to ensure accuracy and completeness.Verify receipts and supporting documentation for expenses, such as travel, meals, and entertainment.Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and government regulations.Maintain open and professional communication channels with employees regarding discrepancies and errors in their expense reports.
