Expert Consolidation Systems About the Role Location Romania Bucuresti Bucharest Remote vs. Office Hybrid (Remote/Office) Company Siemens Energy Organization SE CFO Business Unit Accounting & Controlling Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional A Snapshot of Your DayAs consolidation specialist, you are responsible for the governance of our consolidation systems in close cooperation with IT as well as for supporting the preparation of Siemens Energy’s Consolidated Financial Statements and external disclosures as technical (IT-)expert. How You’ll Make an Impact Manage the Governance & Guideline competences of the Siemens Energy consolidation systems based on SAP SEM BCS (ESPRIT), ADSTAR, SAP AfO-Reporting, SAP Disclosure Management. Coordinate releases of the consolidation systems and changes (, chart of accounts, validations, processing steps) including testing, communication and alignment of these changes via boards, user committees and groups. Perform and create audit conform documentation of tests and changes and are responsible for audit compliant demand and change management. Implement external and internal regulations/guidelines into IT-demands with regard to the respective closing systems (corporate consolidation system, ERP-systems) and align changes and demands with business departments and IT service providers. Participate in or lead (sub-)projects with accounting/reporting impact ( reorganizations, implementation of new IFRS standards or corporate consolidation systems) One of your focus areas will be the set-up and implementation of our new corporate consolidation system landscape EPM+ as part of the EPM+ project and adaption of our processes to the new system landscape as well as implementing the upcoming regulatory requirements for EU Taxonomy and Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) into our corporate consolidation system landscape. What You Bring You successfully completed your bachelor´s or master´s degree in economics, computer science or a similar field. An additional commercial apprenticeship is appreciated. Knowledge and professional experience with Consolidation Systems ( SAP SEM BCS, SAP Group Reporting, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP AfO) or equivalent systems (LucaNet, OneStream, Tagetik, SAP ERP) You bring knowledge in IFRS accounting, IFRS Guidelines as well as IFRS chart of accounts. Work experience in the accounting area (preferably in accounting/reporting), audit, in accounting related central departments, at IT-governance/demand management, or IT service with focus on accounting systems is a plus. You have excellent customer focus as well as skills in execution and decision making. You know how to build effective networks & partnerships. Distinct time management skills to keep tight deadlines, flexibility to adjust support/services to (ad hoc) requirements and a high measure of integrity dealing with confidential information are necessary.
