Job Description Support the definition and maintenance of global Purchasing standard processes Support the requirements definition and implementation for global Purchasing standard systems & tools Perform controlling of the global Purchasing KPIs: Monitor results in relation to given targets Identify gaps and escalate deviations Ensure regular reporting to management levels Conduct internal assessments remotely or on-site: to measure the adherence to existing standards to ensure corrective actions are initiated for identified deviations Support Purchasing team with standardized data analyses extracted from the ERP systems and other data sources Share best practices and offer guidance to improve the Purchasing processes Ensure a close and constructive communication channel with the Central & Country organization Purchasing teams Qualifications University degree Minimum 3 years’ experience in Purchasing activities: Focus on NPP area (Non-Production Purchasing) Additional experience on Production Purchasing (direct material) area is an advantage Good analytical skills Communication and presentation skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Power Point) Fluent in English, both in speaking and in writing Availability to travel (around 1 week every 2-3 months can be a good approximation) Additional Information Position can be located in Bistrița, Arad or Pitești People of all genders are always meant equally; for linguistic simplification and better readability, only the masculine form is used in the text.
