Your task: •    Define and maintain global Value Chain Management (VCM) standards - Focus on the internal Material Flow processes •    Manage and update global VCM standard instructions •    Create business requirements for central VCM solutions and tools •    Train organization and offer technical support on the VCM processes and tools •    Coach the production plants regarding defined standards and best-practices implementation •    Perform process assessments in country VCM organization to monitor the adherence to the standards  •    Manage central learning platform for VCM related processes •    Support the implementation of CAO electronic Kanban in WSD plants •    Support the implementation of IMF picking solution for components in WSD plants •    Support process definition and implementation of new ERP system (FLOW project)    Your skills: •    University degree (Economics / Logistics / Technical) •    Minimum 5 years of experience in Value Chain processes •    Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools •    Good knowledge of ERP system concept •    Fluent in English •    Project Management knowhow •    Team-work oriented attitude •    Strong communication, moderation and presentation skills •    Ability to coach and teach others •    Intercultural experience (international teams) is an advantage •    Material flow experience in the production facility is an advantage •    Availability for travelling to other Leoni plants   Next steps?   Apply online at www.leoni.ro on Job & career section.
