Expert Technical Business Analyst (FinOps & Technology Lifecycle) in Bucuresti

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies to quantify, forecast, and report on the firm’s technical debt, leveraging data-driven insights.Lead the FinOps practice, focusing on cost-effective management and optimization of cloud resources and other technology investments.Collaborate with IT, finance, and business units to ensure accurate and consistent financial data related to technology expenses.Create and manage reports, dashboards, and management tools for clear visibility into technical debt and financial operations.Drive continuous improvement in technical debt management and financial operations by securing stakeholder feedback and addressing issues.Implement and oversee KPIs and metrics to measure and report on technical debt and FinOps efficacy.Facilitate collaboration with enterprise functions such as ServiceNow CMDB or Enterprise Data Management for data alignment and governance.5-10 years relevant experience in this fieldQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience in technical debt management and financial operations, particularly in a cloud computing environment.Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to interpret and manage large amounts of data from various sources.Hands-on skills with PowerBI, PowerQuery, relational databases and APIsSolid understanding of technology, with the ability to interact effectively with technical teams.Experience with agile methodologies and a strong focus on delivering results.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in a dynamic environment.Education: While this role is not hands-on technical, it requires a solid understanding of technology and financial principles, with a strategic approach to managing technical and financial operations.The above statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
