Export Coordinator in Bucuresti

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Sales forecast preparation in Moldova, in collaboration with the local teamIdentifying new products of interest, assessing feasibility of launches, and implementing agreed launch plansManaging order receipt, confirmation, and delivery processesObtaining necessary export documents - export permits, health certificates for food supplementsCollaborating with logistics and transportation service providers for product delivery preparationIssuing delivery documents, including invoicesHandling customer complaints and tracking their resolutionEnsuring timely customer payment collectionCompiling and transmitting periodic export reports - internally to company management and externally to authoritiesJOB REQUIREMENTS: Education: University degree Experience and Knowledge: Mandatory experience in import/export, preferably in pharmaceutical or FMCG sector Skills and Abilities:Advanced MS Office and ERP system (preferably SAP) knowledgeExcellent clear communication and interpersonal skillsNegotiation skillsIntegrity, analytical thinking, tenacity, and adaptability in complex and changing environments; commitment to meeting deadlinesAbility to perform both independently and in a teamAdvanced English language skills
