Your design options: You will enjoy working with two dedicated colleagues to advise and support our employees in various areas of church work in IT matters. As the contact person for all IT matters of the regional church, you will ensure comprehensive support. You will skillfully organize the use of IT service providers to ensure the quality of our services and coordinate your team at the same time. In your position as head of the staff unit, you will play a key role in supporting the church district association, the church districts and the parishes. Your profile: Successfully completed training as an IT systems administrator (m/f/d), IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration or a comparable qualification is helpful, but not mandatory. Your experience and expertise in IT support are more important to us than a formal qualification! You are adept at working with IT systems at software and hardware level, especially Microsoft Windows and Office 365. As a personality with a strong customer focus, you work with professional and social skills. You use your perseverance and patience to achieve goals and maintain the necessary composure even in challenging situations.
