We’re looking for a full-time Employee Services Administrator to join our team on-site in Bucharest. You’ll take responsibility for a variety of duties, managing some and supporting others, whilst building strong working relationships both internally and externally. Who we’re looking for: Ideally you will have worked in a similar role previously, however to be successful you’ll likely possess some of the following attributes: Administration and/or Customer Service experience Excellent knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint and other systems as required)Fluency in English (written & oral)Problem solving capabilities - you’ll be identifying issues and finding solutions Organizational skills - you’ll be able to prioritize and deliver activities of varying nature and complexityAttention to detail - you’ll be comfortable working with numbers and being accurate Professionalism - you’ll be comfortable respecting confidentiality, working with 3rd parties and providing excellent customer service to all stakeholdersWhat you’ll be doing: You’ll be responsible for a wide range of activities, some of which are detailed below - however due to the nature of the position there will be additional duties for you to be involved with across the team. Core responsibilities: Updating and maintaining monthly payroll reporting, such as Employee Time & Attendance reporting Arranging and following up on employee health checks and health & safety checksOrganizing company eventsSupporting budgeting and bookkeeping proceduresManaging new employee hire and termination procedures, such as benefits enrollment, training arrangements and associated reportingManagement of company car policy, becoming the key point of contact for eligible employees, learning and applying the policy as required and reporting within the companyManaging the General Services budget making savings where possible, preparing an annual budget and raising purchase requisitions as requiredResponsible for office maintenance, ordering stationery, equipment, repairs and other ad-hoc duties such as parking space allocation and delivery coordination
