It will also assist in weighing trucks upon arrival to ensure the accuracy of deliveries. Key responsibilities: Management and organization of the farm warehouse. Distributing the necessary equipment and tools to the workers. Coordinating and supervising the daily activities of the team of workers. Ensuring a smooth running of work and compliance with internal procedures. Participation in weighing trucks delivering products. Maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Periodic reporting of activities to the farm management. The Profile Requirements: Previous experience in warehouse management or coordinating work teams is an advantage. Minimum level of Romanian language: Intermediate or Advanced (for effective communication with employees). Organization and coordination skills. Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once. Availability to live on the farm (free accommodation is provided). Responsibility and seriousness in carrying out tasks.
