If this sounds like you, let’s talk.Your ImpactThe Field Analytics Business Analyst will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing the Analytics portfolio by working with different groups within the company (Field Management, Business Operations, Systems Team, and IT).The Field Analytics Business Analyst will create visibility into the how different areas of the business perform and correlate for supporting critical business initiatives that increase PTC’s Products adoption and expansion.Your TeamField Analytics Organization provides Analytics Products aimed to support business decisions.We enjoy transforming data into insights, challenges into opportunities and adopting new analytics technology, as well as sharing knowledge.Your Day-To-DayDefine with the stakeholders the analytics roadmap and the expected business impact; align with the business on the priorities and the Operating RhythmUnderstand the business processes, the data sources in scope and the level of data accuracy; close data gaps through data transformation and recommend data process streamlining.You will get in contact with domains like: Sales Pipeline, Bookings, Revenue, ARR, Expenses, User Training Consumption etc.Build and publish accurately and timely the Analytics Products (Excel/ PowerBI /Qlik); document the update procedures and methodologiesEffectively communicate enhancements and drive adoption of the Analytics Portfolio through presentation sessions and ongoing supportDrive automation through visualization tools (PowerBI/ Qlik)Evolve into a Business Partner and propose new analytics and KPIsYour Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in business3+ years’ work experience in Reporting, Analysis, Visualization toolsProficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPointMedium complexity application development with PowerBI/ Qlik Sense/ TableauExcellent analytical thinking, problem solving and time management Proven sophistication around defining business requirements, process transformation and building effective analytics productsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWork with a variety of stakeholders, drive collaboration and trustful work relationshipsLearn on the flyLife at PTC is about more than working with today’s most cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world.
