If you areSelf-starter who is hardworking and enthusiastic to learn, able to work well both within the team and independently, dynamic, initiative-driven, persistent, reliable and goal-oriented, thriving in multicultural environmentKey Responsibilities & Objectives Responsible for executing services and providing technical support to customer, covering mainly centrifugal separators, centrifugal decanters and heat exchangersMain services: start-up, commissioning, software upgrade, maintain control cabinets, ensuring the seamless operation of CPUs and HMIs, calibrate, and optimize Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), responsible for remote digital servicesOther services: participate in performing local field service mechanical jobs if required, mechanical and electrical tasks, support mechanical engineers either on distance or on site, perform equipment inspections and auditsTroubleshoot, investigate and resolve mechanical and electrical problems with application and deep product knowledge on customers site;Doing service jobs for marine customers (centrifugal separators, heat exchangers, ballast water systems)Act as a regional Automation/ Electrical knowledge and skill contact pointProvide technical service support and training to customer for local customer basePreparation of the service job to execute / resolve at the shortest possible timeWrite advanced (external/internal) service report on site and get it signed by the customerReport unsafe practices, incidents and work for continuous improvementCapture Installed Base on site and communicate sales opportunities to sales organizationProactive service advice to customers relating to the 360 service portfolioExchange knowledge and skills as part of ALSOC learning programBackground (Professional): Engineering Bachelor’s Degree (Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marine EngineeringMinimum 1-2 years of experience on a similar positionExperience working with CPU, HMI, VFD produced by Siemens, ABB, B&R, Beijer would be beneficial Experience in mechanical, electrical, heat transfer and/or working with rotating machinery would be beneficialWe are looking for the people who are/have:Flexibility to travel within the country and the surrounding countries if needed (3 days per week as minimum)Ability to multitask and work to deadlinesVery well versed with MS Office applications and mobile applicationsExcellent communication skillsA good command of English and Romanian as native languageValid B driving licenseLocation:Romania (any city)What we offer:Attractive remuneration package;Secure job in an international company;Friendly work environment where you can thrive and develop your skills;Onboarding program, trainings and continuous development opportunities;Meaningful work that matters;Career advancement possibilities;Business car;For more information, please contactPaulina Pindor, HR Business Partner, Please send your application and CV no later than end of January 2024.
