Job Description About the Role: As a Field Service Supervisor, you will manage on-site service maintenance and team activities, primarily within Romania, covering locations like Galati, Buzau, Vrancea, Bucuresti, Prahova, Bacau, and Braila. You will oversee a team and report directly to the Customer Service Manager in Bucharest. Key Responsibilities: Oversee on-site assembly, commissioning, and repair of equipment. Conduct systematic studies, warranty inspections, and training for client personnel. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve issues and support new product development. Organize, prioritize, and schedule work for the service team. Set objectives, evaluate performance, and provide technical support. Promote team communication and professional development. Retain and grow business by generating aftermarket sales opportunities. Understand customer needs and provide suitable product solutions. Travel extensively (up to 90%) within Romania and occasionally to other regions (Moldova). Implement and report on lifecycle strategies within the territory. Ensure compliance with strategic plans and coordinate with relevant parties. Develop weekly visit plans and prepare service activity reports. Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing relevant information to superiors. Work closely with the sales department and other teams to provide technical support and improve service quality. Continuously enhance technical knowledge and adopt new working methods. Qualifications and Requirements: Proven experience in managing on-site service maintenance and team activities. Ability to retain and grow business and generate sales opportunities. Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to match them with product offerings. Willingness and ability to travel extensively Experience in executing lifecycle strategies and reporting on related activities and improvements. Effective communication and team support skills. Commitment to high-quality product and customer service standards. Strong knowledge of crushing and screening equipment. Engineering degree (mandatory). Leadership and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Romanian and English; other Balkan languages are an advantage. Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce knowledge is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of field service engineering experience or 3 years in a supervisory role. Tools and Resources Provided: Company car, laptop, phone, and safety equipment.
