The main objective of the FIELD TRADER position is to ensure the quantity of cereals and oilseeds according to the company's commercial policies, both by identifying new suppliers, farmers, local traders, producers of combined fodder, silo owners, producers, as well as by strengthening relations with existing suppliers, reaching the established targets.Responsibilities:• Informs superior about all his activities related to product promotion• Present to manager reports on the organization's market position and market studies, with the aim of improving the procurement and sales strategy approached• Reports to manager the various special requests of the clients, in order to adapt the offer to the requirements• Keeps in constant contact with his supervisor and consults with him on all situations in which his decision-making right is limited• Research and prospect the grain market to find potential customers and suppliers• Manages and develops the portfolio of domestic and foreign clients and suppliers• Permanently informs about the characteristics of the products sold (quality, storage and preservation conditions, prices)• Permanent information on the characteristics and development of the market such as: price evolution, supply demand ratio, newcomers to the market (customers and suppliers)• Compliance with the sales system established by the company's management and consistent application in relations with customers and suppliers• Timely preparation of reports required by the department• Negotiation of sale / purchase conditions• Monitoring of clients and the performance of commercial contracts• Trips to the field for prospecting the harvest and establishing relationships with potential customers and suppliers• Analyzing clients' receptivity to the services offered• Conclusion of grain sale and/or purchase contracts• Maintains good relations with current clients / suppliers• Protects and maintains the image of the company through all its actions• Supervises the use and maintenance in good condition of the equipment provided by the company (example: telephone, laptop, car, cards, etc.)• Informing superior / company management about any problem encountered in the territory vis-à-vis the product or customer• Maintaining the confidentiality of all data and information about the organizational structure and own marketing systems and about the company's customer network; not to divulge and to take measures to prevent their leakage outside the companySkills:• PC operation: average level• Foreign Languages: Intermediate English• Intellectual Qualities: Very good capacity for negotiation and communication• Personality traits: energetic, assertive, integrated, great adaptabilityEducation and experience:• Studies: economic / agronomic university• Experience: minimum 2 years in sales / purchases / services and negotiation in related fields• Driving license category BOur OfferA challenging and fast paced, international environmentCompetitive salary, benefits & allowancePermanent contract in stable, international company for the 12th time awarded as one of the best employer by magazine FortuneA great chance to grow and develop in a team of professionalsOpportunities to further grow your career within a leading global nutrition companyWe are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and value diversity at our company.
