Field Trainer in Bucuresti

Field Trainer plans and conducts new and existing KONE methods trainings to field operatives, and proactively prepares the operatives for coming product and service changes impacting methods and tools. Identifies competence development needs (together with business and function stakeholders, supervisors and troubleshooters), and develops and localizes technical trainings to various target groups. Field Trainer enables and supports the field operatives to achieve KONE safety and quality standards, to fulfil customer expectations and to reach productivity targets.Responsibilities:Supporting with training documentation – I am involved now (translations etc.)Carrying out global training initiatives to then support FLQuality plus implementation ( a budget commitment and FL not adhering to fully)On site training activities – supporting development of teams and SPVLean construction program – Rolled out in BAM Q3/Q4 2021 this requires strict site management activities , site readiness , usage of efficiency tracking tools , IMT usage , methods compliance training,Help to develop local teams so not heavily reliant on international sub-contractors.Identifying where competence development is requiredSupport with ensuring KONE Workday training is up to date with training activitiesBe a role model for safety activitiesSupport and actively participate in new employee induction, site inspections and auditsTake part in field reference groups to gather and share information Help to develop localized training when requiredRequirementsStrong personality available to get the message across in fieldGood technical understanding of product and service solutions and methodsUnderstands and has knowledge of safety risk analysis, norms and requirementsTakes safety and health aspects into accountKnowledge of planning and preparing training sessionsKnowledge and understanding of mentoring, facilitating and coachingTraining and presentation skills including new digital ways of training Virtual training knowledge and skillsTechnical (electrical or mechanical) background and educationMinimum 3 years’ experience in metal industry (e.g. engineering, equipment installation or maintenance, technical training etc.)Basic IT skillsUnderstanding of data connectivity in the building and to the cloudGood English skillsGood communication and interpersonal skills
