The team is responsible for maintaining the File Gateway infrastructure and implementing and maintaining customer services in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.Your roleOnboarding new file transmissions and modificationsManaging medium to large internal projects and deliver to deadlinesHolding technical discussions with colleagues around the organization and providing updatesStakeholder managing various Global Business / Global FunctionsYour skillsUnix background with an understanding of SFG or Connect Direct along with SFTP/FTPS transmission protocolsWorking knowledge about transmission protocols (SSH, CD, AS2 etc.)Networking and security experience in cryptography applications and data securityHands-on administration experience in Windows and Unix/Linux, operating systemsUnderstanding of the business environment, IT relationships, and importance of a good customer service
