Whatever we do, we do it welland we make changes that matter.Howcould you helpus do this?We need a Financial Analyst to join our Bucharest team to help us ensure that the capital strategies are operationally supported and strategically focused to secure the greatest return on investment for the global company. This is a Worldwide Marketing / North America Channel Partner Finance Analyst.Also, you will gather financial data and perform financial analyses and reporting (e.g., profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow, pricing, etc.) to influence decisions within the business and to drive cross-business initiatives (e.g., Mergers & Acquisitions).This is a role that requires late shift availability - 1pm - 10pm working schedule. What kind of work would you be doing?Provide complex, financial analysis for a financial function or a business;Establish and maintain close relationships with business leaders to guide and influence decision-making;Provide analytics to business initiatives, typically representing a sub-function within finance for a particular business;Support policy and process improvement and identify opportunities;Communicate and drive adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the organization's financial goals and policies;Drive the forecasting process (weekly, monthly, and long term) by analyzing trends within the businesses and ensuring alignment with business- and corporate-wide objectives;Provides mentoring and guidance to junior analysts;Always improving our strategies and keeping ahead of our competitors;We willgive you the tools and support you need to shape this role to make it your own and to be successful! What achievements should you have so far?We think in order to add immediate value and to succeed in thisrole, you should have 3-5 years of relevant financial & accounting experience within some sort of corporate environment. Exposure to a tech company would be great, but we are flexible on this!In order to be able to build meaningful relationships with all of your colleagues in this region, we do need a fluent English speaker.If youalsohave a degree in a relevant subject (economic, finance, business operations), great!What about you?This is the most important part!
