The primary responsibility of the role is to provide support to the UK functions with raising requests for various MD objects while ensuring robust controls are maintained.ACCOUNTABILITIES Creation and maintenance of multiple Data Objects in line with all SOX ControlsEnsure accuracy and completeness of all Master Data, identifying and resolving data quality issuesProactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to analyze information needs and functions requirementsProvide support in ensuring the internal approval flows are in line with DOAMonthly monitoring of internal GBS KPIs for Masterdata in a continuous drive to improve the resultsAssist with Monthly / Bi-Annually Cleanse exercises for data objects in scopeUnderstand the functionalities, interfaces and interdependencies of the processes and systems (COUPA, Concur, SAP, MDG) and provide technical advice and assistance to UK users when neededProviding advice and support to other team members as neededEXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGEThe holder of this position must have technical skills and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office standard pack (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc) Fluency in EnglishAbility to work effectively with all levels of staff within the company and with external partiesAbility to work under pressure and keep to tight deadlines, ability to prioritize and to work independently Knowledge of Master Data internal and global procedures is a plusWE ARE BATAt BAT we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
